You Know You Have A Story to TELL?

Who are you? Where have you been? Where did you come from? Where are you now? Where are you going? What are your experiences (personal and professional)? Or you have some information to share?

We all have something to say...a story to tell. Some do not know how to say it or where to say or when to say it, but you have something to say. Maybe your time is not know, but you do have a time. We all need to share what we know. What we know can lift someone's spirit or just improve someone's current existence or just tell someone 'it is ok'. Do not deprive someone else of your exceptional knowledge, wealth of information and uplifting spirit. You have a story tell....TELL IT.

Is this you? Or someone you know? What is holding you back from fulfilling this chapter in your life?

Let's Talk About It....

  1. As a personal trainer (though I didn't train kids) I had a story to tell to kids to help prevent them from many future and hard to fix future problems.
I saw the long term implications...if a child is obese after a certain point they are 80% likely to remain obese through adulthood....which leads to so many problems such as joint problems, type II diabetes, higher risk of cancer, caradiovascular disease that depreciate the quality of life so much.
It is heartbreaking that as young children this can be easily prevented with the right education. Kids are meant to run and play!
